Free consultations
A complimentary 15-minute consultation, in the salon or by video call, for big changes, corrections and first balayage appointments.
Skin test 48 hours before
Required for every new colour client, even if you've coloured your hair elsewhere. Pop in at any time during opening hours.

Do I need a consultation before my appointment?
For cuts and most colour services, your consultation happens at the start of the appointment. For big changes, colour corrections or a first balayage we recommend a free 15-minute consultation beforehand, in the salon or by video call.
Why do you need a skin test for colour?
Every new colour client has a quick skin test at least 48 hours before their appointment, even if you have coloured your hair elsewhere. It takes five minutes and keeps you safe. You can pop in at any time during opening hours.
How long will my appointment take?
Durations are shown next to each service. Longer hair, very thick hair or significant colour changes can take a little more time; we'll always let you know at consultation.
What does “from” pricing mean?
Prices start from the amount shown and can vary with hair length, density and the stylist you see. You'll always receive a clear quote before anything begins. (On this demonstration site, all prices are illustrative.)
Can I book with a specific stylist?
Of course. Choose your stylist when booking, or select “no preference” and we'll match you with the best person for your service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice to change or cancel, so we can offer the time to someone else. A real salon would set out its deposit and cancellation terms here.
